Members of Albany High School’s Career Exploration Communication & Performing Arts Program discuss ways in which young people and adults can make schools more welcoming to members of the lesbian, gay, bisexual and transgender community.  The students draw from their production experience with the play The Laramie Project, and their screening the film Speak Up!.  Panel includes Libby Post, CEO of Communication Services; Nora Yates, Executive Director of the Capital District Gay and Lesbian Community Council (CDGLCC); and Ward Dales, Career Explorations teacher and director of AHS’ production of The Laramie Project.

Moderated by WAMC’s David Guistina.
